Budanov Valeriy Viktorovich was born in 1953 in the city of Belogorsk, Amur region.
He graduated from art-graphic Department of Blagoveshchensk pedagogical school №2.
Member TSPKH (Creative Union of professional artists).
Lives and works in Moscow. Work performed in the technique of oil painting using a palette knife.
The subjects of his works is a portrait with a naked female nature in the style of romantic erotica, seascapes with images of sailing ships of past eras as well as images of flowers in a decorative style.
Works are in private collections in Russia and abroad.
